Sparse Plains

Sparse Plains is a single broad pocket between Coral Gardens and the deeper void. The seafloor flattens out and creature density drops sharply, which makes the biome ideal for long-haul harvesting runs once you can outrun a Marrowbreach.

The Clamily, the largest cluster of farmable shellfish in the build, lives here. Players doing the bioreactor / food economy loop usually anchor a small outpost on its edge.

Watch for SurgeJelly migrations crossing the plains, and for Houndgar packs that hunt the migrating fish.
