The wagon does not move until you pull every starting lever in the correct order. Pulling a wrong one stalls the sequence for 0.2 seconds before you can try again. Once the levers are set, the wagon rolls itself to the goal; you just have to stay near it and clear out any enemies that get in front of or below it. Detonate the payload at the end to summon the boss.
