The Ratto arrotolatore gives live birth after mating, skipping the egg-incubation step entirely. Gestation takes approximately 4 hours and 59 minutes at default rates.

Full maturation from baby to adult takes ~2 days and 9 hours (1x rate), progressing requiring significant patience. Hand-feeding is required until 10% maturation. After that, a Feeding Trough handles the rest.

Each baby inherits stats from both parents with a chance of mutation - +2 wild levels to a random stat plus a color change. Use the breeding calculator to plan food requirements, incubation timers, and maturation phases.

Maturation has three phases: Baby (0–10%) lasts ~347 min and requires constant hand-feeding. Juvenile (10–50%) spans ~23h - it can eat from a Trough now. Adolescent (50–100%) takes ~29h - continues eating from troughs, nearly fully grown.

Don't skip imprinting - each successful imprint boosts the Ratto arrotolatore's stats, and hitting 100% grants a 30% combat bonus when the imprinter rides it. Keep various kibble types on hand, as imprint requests are randomized between cuddles, walks, and kibble feeding.

At 850 base HP, the Ratto arrotolatore is solidly tanky. Melee starts at 100% - respectable melee power that scales with level-ups. Its base Stamina of 300 gives it decent staying power. Weight capacity starts at 400, giving it a solid weight pool.

The Ratto arrotolatore is passively tamed - approach it carefully and feed it by hand without knocking it out. Its preferred food is Giant Bee Honey.

Once tamed, the Ratto arrotolatore earns its keep through resource gathering, making tedious farming runs much faster. It gives live birth after a gestation period, making breeding straightforward. Defeating one in the wild grants 7 base XP. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.45 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
