The Parrot never eats from your hand. Use an emote such as Wave near a wild Parrot and it lands on your shoulder. From that moment you have roughly one hour to earn its trust: dig up three to four buried treasures, kill several Alpha creatures, or clear a pirate lighthouse event and collect the treasure it leaves behind. If the timer runs out, the Parrot flies off and you start over.

The Pappagallo is a tamable, flying, omnivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended. It belongs to the Shoulder Pet category.

Starting at 150 Health, it's on the squishy side. Melee starts at 100% - solid damage output that scales with level-ups. Stamina sits at 150 base, providing average stamina. A base Weight of 65 means very limited carrying capacity.

As a tame, the Pappagallo works well as a reconnaissance mount, offering fast travel and a bird's-eye view of the terrain. Breeding produces fertilized eggs that hatch within a 24°C–28°C temperature window. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.28 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
