Use the narcotic calculator to figure out exactly how many Narcotics, Bio Toxin, or Narcoberries you need for the Sub. Narcotics give 40 Torpor each and are the go-to option. Bio Toxin gives 80 Torpor but is harder to farm. Narcoberries at 7.5 each are a last resort. With 1 Torpor drain per second, you gotta apply narcotics early - getting woken up mid-tame is a total waste.
