Dedicuro Abilities

The Dedicuro, a tamable herbivore in ARK: Survival Ascended, is well-known across multiple maps. It falls under the Farmer classification.

With 100% base Melee Damage, the Dedicuro has decent hitting power. With 850 base Health, the Dedicuro is solidly tanky. With 300 base Stamina, the Dedicuro has average stamina. A base Weight of 250 means a solid weight pool.

Taming the Dedicuro requires knocking it out first - use Tranq Arrows, Darts, or Shocking Tranq Darts to apply Torpor. For best results, use Regular Kibble - it gives the highest taming efficiency.

As a tame, the Dedicuro is valued for its harvesting efficiency, collecting key resources faster than most tools. Breeding is via live birth instead of eggs, making it easier. Killing a wild Dedicuro gives 7 base XP. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.83 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
