Dimorfodonte Abilities

The Dimorfodonte, a tamable, flying, carnivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended, is a common sight across multiple maps. Classified under the Shoulder Pet group.

Health-wise, the Dimorfodonte sits at 125 base, making it glass-cannon fragile. With 100% base Melee Damage, the Dimorfodonte has respectable melee power. Stamina sits at 150 base, providing moderate endurance. Weight capacity starts at 50, giving it minimal inventory space.

You'll need to knock the Dimorfodonte unconscious before taming it. Tranquilizers are the standard approach. For best results, use Raw Mutton - it gives the highest taming efficiency.

Once tamed, the Dimorfodonte is a versatile flyer useful for scouting, traversal, and light transport. It reproduces by laying eggs, which must be incubated between 35°C and 38°C. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.28 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
