Carbonemys, the Soaker, is a tamable herbivore found all over the ARKs in ARK: Survival Ascended.
With 100% base Melee Damage, the Carbonemys packs a solid punch. It has 700 base Health - seriously tough. With 200 base Stamina, it's got average stamina. Weight capacity starts at 270, giving it solid carrying power.
To tame a Carbonemys, you need to knock it out first. Use Tranq Arrows, Darts, or Shocking Tranq Darts to put it to sleep. Regular Kibble is the best food for taming, giving the highest affinity per bite.
Once tamed, the Carbonemys is super useful for harvesting, gathering key resources faster than most tools. It lays eggs that need to be incubated between 30°C and 34°C. You can clone it at a Cloning Chamber for 0.64 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
