Craft the Importer

Go into Singleplayer + Creative Mode and craft the Wikily Template Importer (1 Fiber).

can anyone get this to load ?

For anyone struggling to make this stupid thing work.. It's designed to be snapped to the bottom of the ocean. It takes DEEP water to make it place on top, even then it's pain to make it load it, let alone build.

the snap point of this build is too high and its almost impossible to place
