Deviation O-055 is a quadrupedal vertebrate resembling a juvenile orca. The subject measures approximately 1.3 meters in length and weighs about 175 kg, with short, thick, clawed limbs.

O-055 behaves much like a large canine, with intelligence comparable to a six-year-old. It understands researchers' commands and can respond by spelling words. The creature is lively, intensely curious, and affectionate toward humans, often seeking interaction with staff, though it frequently disobeys instructions or plays tricks on researchers.

O-055 possesses a dangerous, uncontrolled transformation ability. If it goes more than 12 hours without exposure to seawater, it enters a chronic stress state characterized by reduced appetite, weakness, fatigue, withdrawal, and attempts to avoid staff. After 24 hours without seawater, O-055 briefly loses consciousness and undergoes a violent metamorphosis: its body rapidly enlarges with unexplained mass gain, its skin cracks and black fur emerges, and it ultimately becomes a massive lupine hostile entity designated O-055-A.

O-055-A measures roughly 9.6 meters and weighs about 10 metric tons, exhibiting extreme strength, lightning quick reflexes, and exceptional physical and biochemical resilience. O-055-A displays intense aggression and an insatiable appetite toward all warm-blooded animals.

During hunts, O-055-A demonstrates pronounced overkill behavior, slaughtering indiscriminately until no living prey of interest remains in its field of view. Once sated (typically after consuming approximately kilograms of biomass, equal to % of its own mass), O-055-A becomes inactive and, over a roughly 24 hour dormancy period, gradually shrinks back to O-055.

The primary Deviation Traits shared by both forms is matter remodeling. O-055 can convert nonliving matter within a six-meter spherical radius centered on itself into saline water of about 3.47 percent salinity. For O-055-A, this effect extends to approximately 15 kilometers. Either form can use this effect to move through or within solid surfaces. O-055 uses the ability to play hide and seek with researchers, while O-055-A exploits it to ambush prey.

Secure O-055 in a designated Level IV biohazard securement chamber at Site or Site . The chamber must include a "rabbit hole" access to no less than square kilometers of ocean.
Give O-055 seawater showers at least once every eight hours, framed as playtime.
