How to Get on Console
Console players (PlayStation, Xbox) can download and place this template directly in-game using the Template Hammer Importer mod.
Install the Mod
Open the in-game mod browser and search "Wikily" or "Template Hammer Importer".
Craft the Importer
Go into Singleplayer + Creative Mode and craft the Wikily Template Importer (1 Fiber).
Enter Template ID
Use the item, enter Template ID 236 and the building index, then place it.

By placing a Tesla coil, you can perform electric attacks like a lightning wyvern. The interior contains generators and lights, and much of it is made from stone structures. No skins are used.
