To tame an Ossidon, tranq it to 50% torpor, then mount it. Use the bolus attack (right click) to capture wild creatures and icicles that the Ossidon shoots. Capturing icicles restores taming efficiency, which drops 25% each time you remount. Repeat until taming is complete.

After taming, the Ossidon is valued for its harvesting efficiency, collecting key resources faster than most tools. Defeating one in the wild grants 60 base XP. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.89 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
