How it playsShort range, big impact. A primary that requires no ammo, no aim, and no thoughts: punches at melee range, and a charged attack that spends the charge bar. No magazine means no reload and no ammo to run down. Stay inside the crowd. The charge bar is the only resource you manage, and Charging Speed (+15% per stack, four stacks) brings the charged attack back sooner. Fist Rage turns the damage you take into charge and grants +30% attack speed for 2 seconds. Fist Ro Dah goes the other way: the charged attack propels you backwards and has a 20% chance to apply Frost. Frost Bite pays 2 shield points for every melee kill on a frozen enemy.
Strategy
Strengths
- No ammo, no reload, no magazine to run down
- Fist Rage: taking damage generates charge and +30% attack speed for 2 seconds
- Charging Speed goes to +15% per stack, four stacks deep
Weaknesses
- Melee range only, so anything at distance is your secondary's job
- Nothing to spend clip, reload, or ammo upgrades on
- The charged attack is gone until the charge bar refills
How to unlock
- Blueprints drop during missions. Bosses and loot Coyotes drop them, and surviving the storm at an Anvil forges one.
- Blueprints are one shared currency, not a per-weapon count. Every Blueprint you pick up counts toward any weapon.
- Spend them on this weapon between runs. Unlocking it with Blueprints buys it outright, with no Gold cost on top.
Comparison
