Required Narcotics
Use the narcotic calculator to determine exactly how many Narcotics, Bio Toxin, or Narcoberries you need for the Sarco. Stamina sits at 450 base, providing respectable staying power. Its base Melee Damage sits at 100%, giving it decent hitting power. The Sarco has 400 base Health - reasonably durable. A base Weight of 300 means a solid weight pool.
To tame the Sarco, you need to knock it unconscious using torpor weapons, then feed it while it's down. For best results, use Regular Kibble - it gives the highest taming efficiency.
Once tamed, the Sarco earns its keep through resource gathering, making tedious farming runs much faster. Breeding produces fertilized eggs that hatch within a 30°C–34°C temperature window. Defeating one in the wild grants 5 base XP. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.22 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
