Gigantoraptor Taming Calculator
Find a nest with an adult and a baby. You are taming the baby, adults cannot be tamed at all, and the adult has to stay alive or the attempt is over. Throw a fertilized egg well away from the nest to send the adult after it, and use a bigger egg for a longer distraction. Wear Ghillie so it does not notice you. With the parent busy, sit with the baby and copy each emote it plays.
How this tame works

Each wrong emote also adds 7.5% to ineffectiveness, which is where the real damage is.
- You get 3s to answer each emote. Take longer and it counts as a miss, with the same cost as playing the wrong one.
- The wrong emote takes 250 progress back and adds 7.5% ineffectiveness, so a miss hurts far more than it looks.
- A faster taming rate speeds up the correct emotes but does not soften the mistakes.
