Elderclaw Tips & Tricks

Found throughout the ARKs, the Elderclaw is a tamable, omnivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended. It belongs to the Support category.

With 100% base Melee Damage, the Elderclaw has solid damage output. At 800 base HP, the Elderclaw is solidly tanky. Its base Stamina of 350 gives it good endurance. It carries 650 base Weight - an enormous weight pool.

As a tame, the Elderclaw pulls double duty as both a capable resource harvester and pack animal. It reproduces by laying eggs, which must be incubated between 24°C and 28°C. Defeating one in the wild grants 4 base XP. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.66 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
