Found across 10 maps in mountains, cliffsides, and elevated terrain. Green zones have the highest spawn density. Each species has a population cap per area, so wiping out other creatures nearby can trigger new Dreadmare spawns.

To tame a Dreadmare, kill a wild one to obtain its altar. Place the altar and offer tributes (body parts like Sarcosuchus Skin, Spinosaurus Sail, Giganotosaurus Heart) during nighttime. A Dreadmare spawns that you must defeat. Repeat the tribute-fight cycle until the taming bar fills, then interact with the altar to claim your tamed Dreadmare.

Harvesting a dead Dreadmare yields Hide, Raw Meat, Pelt. The corpse has 320 harvest health, allowing multiple hits before it's fully depleted.
