Survivors looking at Alpha Raptor in ARK: Survival Ascended will find a land-based carnivore that cannot be tamed and must be dealt with through combat or avoidance. Untamable in the traditional sense, Alpha Raptor fields 3,600 base Health - an absolute bullet sponge when survivors meet it in the wild. Reproduction is by live birth following gestation; juveniles mature requiring significant patience. Its harvest profile centers on Hide, Raw Prime Meat, making farming runs noticeably faster. Players who invest in one tend to keep it long after the early game has been left behind.
