The Aberrant Coelacanth, an aquatic, carnivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended, is well-known across multiple maps. Classified under the Variant group.

Its base Stamina of 100 gives it limited endurance. With 106% base Melee Damage, the Aberrant Coelacanth has respectable melee power. With 30 base Health, the Aberrant Coelacanth is very frail. A base Weight of 8 means very limited carrying capacity.

The Aberrant Coelacanth is a wild creature that cannot be tamed through conventional methods. Defeating one in the wild grants 0.5 base XP.
