Lost Colony 是 ARK: Survival Ascended 的首個付費正史擴充包，也是 ARK 系列的第六個正史擴充內容。它於 2025 年 12 月 19 日發售，將倖存者帶到 Arat Prime，一個南極被永夜籠罩的破碎地球。這個劇情導向的擴充內容以 Necrocene 時代為背景，銜接 Extinction 與 ARK Genesis 的事件，包含七個新生態域、13+ 種新生物、奴隸統御系統以及 70 多項技能的技能樹。
Arat Prime 是垂直分層的生態系，海拔、緯度與腐化程度決定危險與回報：
位於 Arat Prime 中心的宏偉哥德式大都市。對順從者來說很安全，但攻擊行為會引發菁英奴隸巡邏隊的敵意。失落之王的力量集中於此，終局的 Citadel 也在這裡。
地圖的外圍，一片荒涼的極地，遍布墜落的 Aberration ARK 留下的隕石坑與殘骸。大多數倖存者在這裡醒來，你應該先在這裡學會基礎，再向內推進。
一片奇幻而駭人的北方森林，生物發光的植物會隨頭頂的極光動態變化。越往高處，森林越稀疏，轉為嶙峋的山峰與刀刃般的岩石尖塔。這裡是致命生物咕隆的棲息地。
這些溫泉綠洲以不同的密度散布在地圖各處，在冰封大地上提供溫暖與安全。隱藏在 凍原 中的安全 溫泉 是絕佳的前期基地位置。
一座火山口，內有獻給失落之王的巨大聖環。這裡是最危險的終局區域之一，環境極為凶險，並有地圖上最稀有的材料。
