This can be triggered once every 4s. ▪ Attacking a target with Frost Vortex will recover 5% lost HP, but consume additional 2 Stamina. ▪ While held in hand, reduces temperature by 5 degrees, and hitting an enemy lowers their temperature by 20 degrees.

Creates an area that deals periodic Frost Elemental DMG and slows enemies.

Trap enemies within a 4.5m radius and inflict 30% Psi Intensity Status DMG per second for 4s. Up to 2 Frost Vortex(es) may exist at any time. The additional damage is Frost element, cannot Crit, cannot strike Weakspots, and will not decay with distance. Actual Factor = 30% × (1 + Frost Vortex DMG Factor Bonus) × (1 + Frost Vortex Final DMG Bonus).
