Devious Painting, Blackheart Region

After test subjects reported the presence of a figure in this painting, one they were sure was an artist, a variety of further tests were run. Time-lapse photography confirmed the existence of the "artist" and that they had moved a total of 3.2 cm since observations began. Despite this, the Kant counter has failed to detect any fluctuations in the Hume level. Based on the topography depicted in the painting, the artist is likely located somewhere in the north of the Blackheart Region.
