Primal Rage (Passive)

▪ 35% chance of gaining a stack of Fast Gunner effect on hit. ▪ When the magazine has 1 bullet(s) left, 1% of max HP and spare ammo can be consumed to continue firing (HP can't drop below 1). ▪ Each hit restores HP equal to 0.1% × Fast Gunner stacks. ▪ Every 1% HP change grants 1% Weapon DMG boost, lasting for 5s; each stack duration is independent, up to 80%.

While skill is in effect, each stack grants Fire Rate +1% and Attack +1% for 2s. Effect can stack up to 5 times.
