At 0.3 Torpor drain per second, apply narcotics proactively - a wakeup mid-tame wastes everything.

The R-Parasaur is a knockout tame - render it unconscious with torpor weapons like Tranq Arrows or Shocking Tranq Darts, then feed it while it's down. Once unconscious, Torpor drains at 0.3/s, so keep Narcotics or Bio Toxin ready.
