The template is just the building, so you can decorate the inside as you please. Pictures show an example of how I use it. There's no skins or mods and it's built on official.
To get the overhanging walls on the outside, you have to place the ceilings at the top level to get the snap points before placing the walls directly under it.

Console players (PlayStation, Xbox) can download and place this template directly in-game using the Template Hammer Importer mod.

Install the Mod
Open the in-game mod browser and search "Wikily" or "Template Hammer Importer".

Craft the Importer
Go into Singleplayer + Creative Mode and craft the Wikily Template Importer (1 Fiber).

Enter Template ID
Use the item, enter Template ID 1281 and the building index, then place it.
