Command Breakdown

Unlock the note matching the specified index.As of 310.94, the player issuing that command must be standing next to an actual "Explorer Note" to unlock the notes that aren't "Creature Dossier".

NoteIndex (Integer[32]): The index of the explorer note to unlock.
