Multiple factory resets performed in the field have damaged this PDA's memory and its interface with the user's nervous system.
1. Memory damage
Old data in the PDA's optical memory has been de-addressed, but not deleted. When these memory addresses are accessed to store new data, the old data may be accidentally recovered.
2. Interface security fault
Hardware-level modifications to the PDA have disabled the AI-monitored security sandbox that isolates the PDA from the user's nervous system. The Noetic Advisor system can no longer monitor user-PDA interactions. Malicious actors may use the PDA to invoke hallucinations or false memories.
Assessment: faults are already present in biobed image and cannot be corrected by reprinting. PDA unsafe to operate. Consult your computational dynamicist for repairs.
