- Set up for youAfter checkout the game is downloaded and installed on its own; the panel shows the progress and then the address to join.
- BackupsAn automatic backup every day (the newest 3 are kept), backups whenever you want, and one before every settings change, plan change and reinstall. Up to 10 backups per server; restore or download any of them.
- Control panelStart, stop and restart, the live console, a file manager and SFTP, players, live memory and CPU, and an activity log, in your browser.
- Schedules and friendsRestarts, backups and console commands at set times. Give friends access as admin, operator or player.

Survival Servers bills in US dollars: the euro amount is its own conversion. Where a host does not sell our size, the nearest size it sells is named. Questions
How does the free trial work?
You enter a card at checkout and nothing is charged. Your server is made right away and is free for 24 hours. Cancel on the Billing page before the trial ends and you pay nothing: the server stops when the trial ends and its world is kept 3 days. Otherwise the monthly plan starts and the first month is charged. We email you a few hours before the trial ends. One trial per account and per card.
Which region should I pick?
Europe (Gravelines, France): lowest ping for players in Europe, the UK, North Africa and the Middle East. Asia (Tokyo, Japan): lowest ping for players in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and the rest of East Asia. Plans in Asia cost 1.3 times the European price, because the machines there cost more.
Which plan do I need?
Small group: up to 10 players, 4 GB memory. Medium group: up to 20 players, 6 GB memory. Large group: up to 40 players, 10 GB memory. You can switch plans later: a bigger plan starts right away (you pay the difference for the rest of the month), a smaller one from the next month.
How do my friends join?
Your server's page in the panel shows its address and, for games that have one, the join password, with what to enter in the game. Friends you add in the panel get the role you pick: player (may start the server), operator (also stops it and manages players) or admin (also settings, files and backups).
What happens when I cancel?
There is no minimum term. A canceled plan runs until the end of the month you paid for. Then the server stops and its world is kept 14 days: renew within that time to continue where you left off.
Can I add mods or plugins?
The server runs Paper, which loads Bukkit and Paper plugins from its plugins folder: upload them with the file manager or SFTP. No one-click modpacks.
