Deviation O-065 is an intelligent and autonomous large-scale doll, approximately 2.6 meters tall and weighing 60 kilograms. The main body of the item is composed of black synthetic leather and red corduroy fabric, adorned with a white bird-shaped mask covered in scratches. The primary component of the mask is hydroxyapatite.

O-065 exhibits a pessimistic personality, with moderate depressive disorder and dissociative tendencies. Despite this, the item maintains a cooperative attitude toward researchers.
