Overview

How it plays

A targeted eruption that does two things at once: deal damage and launch enemies into the air. The Geyser is the most aggressive Acid spell at lower levels, trading the school's usual puddle-and-wait for direct impact and immediate crowd disruption.

Strategy

Use it on grouped enemies to scatter them and break their attack formation. The airborne state leaves targets briefly vulnerable to follow-up shots, especially from piercing or spread weapons. Pairs well with Strikes for a quick combo off the same target.

Interrupts enemy attacks with the launch effect
More direct damage than Thrower with less setup required
Good for breaking melee clusters apart

Weaknesses

Launched enemies can become harder to hit while airborne
No lingering puddle, so no sustained corrosion after impact
