The Marie Household Joan is a recently divorced single mom, taking care of her three kids while working fulltime. She is neat, rather serious, and a really good cook. Her oldest daughter, Kat, is quiet and artsy, but spends most of her time taking care of her younger two siblings. Chloe is the middle child, rambunctious and wild, very much a tomboy who couldn't care less about school. Then there is Emma, the youngest daughter, another quiet child who often winds up at daycare when neither Joan or Kat is able to watch her. New to the town, what will their story become?
