What this mod adds
My Gervais House on the beach lot. Still making modifications but I like it so far. I'm trying to make it more family friendly as well. If anyone would like to download this, please enjoy.
Disclaimer: It is beyond perfect as I'm not a builder and this pre-made house was previously on a hill. Still enjoy!
