Lifegoal_Romance_UnlockableByAll

After one of my paras failed to get this lifegoal appear for a while, I had a look and turns out you can only get the romance lifegoal quest if your social perk is romantic. This is unfair ! With this, everyone can get this lifegoals line as long as they do not have a lover.
