When a firearm hits, there is a 35% chance to trigger Fast Gunner , consuming 1% of max HP. When the current magazine has 1 bullets remaining, shoot reserve ammo (non-lethal) . When a firearm hits, restore 0.1%*Fast Gunner stacks of lost HP . When HP changes by 1%, firearm damage increases by +1% for 5 seconds. Each stack has an independent timer and can stack up to 80 times.
