"Acting Physicians" haunt the hospitals, medical rooms, and operating rooms of the workshop area, showing an abnormally obsessive research interest in the "gastric health" of passersby.
They usually disguise themselves as a surgical coat spread across the floor. When prey draws near, they use orb lightning to prop open the coat and reveal their true form: a surgical light sprouting from the head, a scalpel in hand. Rather than a "physician," it resembles a set of surgical equipment driven by deviant power.
