Weather Forecasters endlessly repeat themselves, screaming empty warnings. Gazing at the sky, they realize that the true fear isn't the storm or the shaking ground - it's the endless sky above.
This bizarre construct is a fusion of several "Rainfall Reaper" remnants. Their head core is no longer a lone umbrella but an old CRT TV, connected by twisted, tangled wires from behind. The sticky black water that once supported their clothing has long dried up and become brittle and threadbare ropes.
Despite their decayed bodies, Weather Forecasters are far stronger than the Rainfall Reapers. They can create and control acid rain, earthquakes, volcanoes, and thunderstorms, and they can teleport without warning.
Their attacks use air, rainwater, and earth as mediums, striking like natural disasters. It's nearly impossible for unprepared victims to survive.
Thankfully, before each attack, Weather Forecasters go through brief confusion and emit a sharp alarm, warning of impending disaster. Though we don't yet understand this behavior, if you recognize the signs and act quickly, survival - even victory - is possible.
