After the Twilight sank during the Starfall, these Deviants wearing ostentatious winter clothing began crawling ashore from the icy seawater.
These Weather Vanes' heads have been replaced with nautical vanes which no longer move harmlessly with the wind, but can generate and control freezing gales. Not only can they freeze their enemies with these cold gusts, but also use them to move with unnatural agility, making them dreadful enemies.
Like their basic counterparts, these Deviants have been parasitized by Living Ice - sentient Chaosium crystals that are incredibly difficult to destroy due to their tenacious will to live.
