Morphic - Crates, also known as "Mimics," are an extremely rare subspecies of "Morphics." They are among the few Morphics that are capable of autonomous movement and typically inhabit storage crates that contain valuable items.
For unknown reasons, they can spontaneously create an environment within their body cavity with high Stardust activity and a weak spatial barrier, allowing them to coexist with "Active Spores."
Due to this symbiotic relationship with "Active Spores," they no longer need to consume external energy and biomass, eliminating the need to hide and ambush prey like their counterparts. Instead, they prioritize avoiding threats.
Therefore, they adopt a distinct strategy, mimicking the appearance of the dangerous living machines commonly found on Nalcott Island - Pale Hands. Their knuckles, however, are merely harmless polymers.
