Once a case of Stardust infection reaches a certain point, the individual will evolve into a Mayhem. The Mayhem has a large bloody mouth that opens directly from the neck in place of a head. A mass of highly developed tentacle cells at the base of this mouth resembles a mane of long hair. It prowls the area on all fours, ready to hunt down any unsuspecting prey.
