Get a Voidwyrm down to a tenth of its health and it lets you mount. Pinning it with a Net Projectile from a Harpoon Launcher is by far the easiest way to land that damage. Put Mutagen in your last hotbar slot: it only accepts a feed while you are doing a barrel roll, and refuses another for ten seconds afterwards. Falling off is what ruins this one, so take it slowly.
