if you wanna make dropdown on it - place sideways foundation on platform first, than move your template a little bit to the right

Open the in-game mod browser and search "Wikily" or "Template Hammer Importer".

Craft the Importer
Go into Singleplayer + Creative Mode and craft the Wikily Template Importer (1 Fiber).
