How to Get on Console

Sadly can't use it, the pillars are in the way, impossible to place anywhere man. I have been trying for 2 days, if you one day take out the foundation pillars I'll be able to use it.

You can skip placing the pillars during the build. Use normal foundations there if the terrain is flat.

The 2000 structure limit forces the template to be the core frame only. The description states this.

aand its also not the complete build. its like 60% done. the whole top isnt in this template. dont reccomend.
