Slot cap no longer increases after a transfer.
Vanity slot cap no longer counts unlockable and custom cosmetics as items.
Equipping structure skins in your hot bar no longer increases your inventory slot cap.
Fixed an issue with Railgun so that it properly validates in PVP and also blocks hacked firing when a PVP server uses -DisableRailgunPVP.
