フープフィッシュと近縁の小型で群れをなす魚。
1.グレーの体色:
半透明の体組織と白くて肋骨のような模様が組み合わさり死体のように見える。この体色を利用し捕食者の注意を避ける。
2.行動:
防御のため群れで移動するが、必要に応じて分散して逃げる。襲撃者の視線を逃れた幸運な個体は、海底を掘り堆積物に隠れる。
評価: 食用可、低カロリー
