Deviation O-011-RE (formerly O-011) is a green dragon stuffed toy that possesses sapience and an autonomous will. It stands 3 meters tall and weighs 6 kilograms, with an outer fabric of knitted cotton and unknown stuffing. It is very soft to the touch.

Unlike before, O-011-RE wears an accessory, including a large-sized headset, an orange hooded jumper, and a pair of round glasses with a gold rim. The subject claims that such an outfit is inspired solely from personal preferences.

Most of O-011-RE's traits and abilities remain the same as before, but its temperament has undergone significant changes. It has become headstrong, speaks in a curt and uncouth manner, and will refuse any requests that it considers unreasonable.

O-011-RE retains an affinity and talent for cooking, as well as stringent standards regarding the quality and completeness of dishes.
Though it makes unusual dishes in terms of both the strange ingredients and the eerie looks, those who dare taste them give positive reviews. Despite this, most people (more than 70%) who tried to replicate the dishes made by O-011-RE failed in their attempt.

O-011-RE was born during an experiment on O-027-RE and was temporarily secured with the latter at Site until it breached containment during Incident O-027-D-. Its current whereabouts are unknown.

Secure O-011-RE in a Grade III or higher securement suite for autonomous entities, which should be equipped with a thermal insulation coating and a heat detector.
Provide O-011-RE with ingredients that it requests.

DO NOT:
Interfere with O-011-RE when it is retrieving or storing objects.
Interfere with O-011-RE when it is cooking.
