ディモルフォドン Abilities

The ディモルフォドン, a tamable, flying, carnivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended, is a common sight across multiple maps. Classified under the Shoulder Pet group.

Stamina sits at 150 base, providing average stamina. With 100% base Melee Damage, the ディモルフォドン has respectable melee power. Health-wise, the ディモルフォドン sits at 125 base, making it glass-cannon fragile. Weight capacity starts at 50, giving it minimal inventory space.

You'll need to knock the ディモルフォドン unconscious before taming it. Tranquilizers are the standard approach. For best results, use Raw Mutton - it gives the highest taming efficiency.

Once tamed, the ディモルフォドン works well as a reconnaissance mount, offering fast travel and a bird's-eye view of the terrain. It reproduces by laying eggs, which must be incubated between 35°C and 38°C. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.28 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
