コスモはARK: Survival Ascendedにおける陸棲の肉食動物で、主に資源収集に使われ、特定素材の収集に優れています。Plant Species Z Seedが最適な餌となるパッシブな調教で馴らされ、この肉食動物は100%のベース近接ダメージでサービスに就き、それなりの近接攻撃力を持っています。繁殖対は4°C～12°Cの温度で孵化する受精卵を産み、その後幼体が大人になるまでに現実世界の何日もの時間を要するため、真剣な時間投資が必要です。調教が完了すると、ヒドゥや生肉を、ほとんどのプレイヤーのツールよりも効率的に収集できます。プレイヤーは、スターターの乗り物以上の頼れる作業馬が必要なときにコスモを狙います。
