The Brute Araneo is a carnivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended.

Starting at 1,850 Health, it's extremely durable. Melee starts at 100% - solid damage output that scales with level-ups. With 250 base Stamina, the Brute Araneo has average stamina. A base Weight of 200 means average weight tolerance.

The Brute Araneo roams the ARK as a wild, untamable creature. Breeding produces fertilized eggs that hatch within a 4°C–12°C temperature window. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.04 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.

The Brute Araneo 's growth progresses through three stages: Baby (0–10%) lasts ~150 min and requires constant hand-feeding. Juvenile (10–50%) spans ~10h - it can eat from a Trough now. Adolescent (50–100%) takes ~13h - continues eating from troughs, nearly fully grown.

Imprinting during maturation provides permanent stat bonuses. At 100% imprint, the Brute Araneo gains 30% bonus damage and resistance when ridden by the imprinter. Keep various kibble types on hand, as imprint requests are randomized between cuddles, walks, and kibble feeding.
