In ARK: Survival Ascended, to tame a Bloodstalker, carry Blood Packs in your inventory and allow the creature to entrap you, subsequently consuming the packs. Enhance taming effectiveness by allowing it to feast on a few of your tamed animals. Note: Once you've identified the Bloodstalker's level, consult the corresponding calculation row. For instance, a Level 120 Bloodstalker corresponds to the "Lvl 1 - 140" row. A crucial point to remember is that the Blood Pack requirement can differ by about 25% for each Bloodstalker. While ARKing provides an estimated average based on multiple tests and player feedback, always come prepared with an extra 25% of Blood Packs to account for any variances.
How this tame works
No knockoutOnly kills it makes while web-grabbing them count. Each victim with 1,500+ health gives the full bonus, and 4 of them reach 100%.
Stolen health per Blood Pack is fixed, so more melee means more Blood Packs. It stays hidden until the tame finishes, so bring extra.
- Do not damage it. Removing 20% of its health drops effectiveness back to the worst value.
- Progress survives 12:00 between grabs, then resets.
