The Calle Isabella modern estate has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, one bar, and one pantry/closet. With a beautiful laid out patio, with plenty of other spaces as well to furnish to your hearts content. The Calle Isabella was first established in 1996 and has since gone through major renovations and has been home to multiple exotic figures, celebrities and entrepreneurs. DISCLAIMER: Must be skinned to your own desire. Unfortunately we can't export the skin that was used. But the two skins under the Custom Cosmetic category are; Modern Structure Skins, and Furniture Catalogue - Modern & Deluxe Furniture Cosmetics. Although Modern Structure Skins will suffice. 1067 build pieces.

It's just a simple trap that's intended for me but because I like sharing on here, I thought I would share with you all here as well. This one is seriously primitive, doesn't require foundations and is just a basic 4x Stone Gates with 2x Reinforced Gatedoors.
